System design, data model and integration points agreed in writing. Where the pod structure helps, Adicator takes the interface design in parallel.

Build
Shipped in working increments on real infrastructure from the first week, so what you review is the thing itself rather than a mockup.

Operate
Deployment, monitoring and backups handed over as a running system — or kept with us, which is usually what clients want.
